I have tried several prescription drugs and they either did not work as they said they would, or I experienced horrible side effects that were even worse than the typical cravings of nicotine withdrawal. When you quit smoking naturally you will feel your body returning to a normal healthful state gradually. Expensive medical treatments that I tried were harsh, felt very artificial, and did not help me with my cravings.
